Tess and Emma finally visited Grandma Weaver. Despite the threat of an ice storm we headed to the Preston County mountains. In fact, we didn't even see any rain on our way home on Sunday.What's the deal with the TV station's predicting
the end of the world and then it doesn't even rain. They're about as reliable as that groundhog.
Tess has wanted to see Grandma since she had her surgery last month. Emma was cautious around Grandma's house as she seemed afraid to step on the floor rugs when she was walking. We think she may have 
thought they'd make her fall.
